Our Course Structure

At First Door, the twelve units that form the Diploma of Leadership and Management course are groupes into three related parts:

  • Part 1: Planning - two units
  • Part 2: Organising and monitoring - five units
  • Part 3: Leading - five units

First Door has rolling enrolment for when it suits you to get started in your course, at any point in the year from February to November. Students get started on the relevant unit that commences following enrolment, and your training plan is built from your start date. You have up to two years to complete this course. Students must be currently employed in a leadership role so you are able to complete the assessment tasks.
