""Attending the Leadership workshops held by First Door have provided me with new effective knowledge and skills that I have been able to implement into our service.
Our centre is committed to building a culture of ongoing training and development. Attending the workshops on mentoring and performance management provided me with the confidence and knowledge to introduce an effective mentoring system. This provides a means for our team to work together to provide guidance and support to each other. This has already resulted in having a stronger and more united team.
Performance management methods have been adjusted using the knowledge I gained from this workshop. As a result, we worked in collaboration with our team of Educators to develop updated job descriptions, Key Performance Indicators, and new ways to provide feedback.
