First Door is a highly regarded Brisbane-based Registered Training Organisation, that commenced operating in 2014. Our team is dedicated to supporting the professional development of educators, leaders and teams in early childhood education and care.

Our mission

First Door partners with early childhood professionals, providing a network for sharing best practices, inspiration, strategies and effective processes. We ‘fertilise’ knowledge and skill sets, so that educators and leaders can be their best professionally to make a positive difference to children’s and their families’ lives. To achieve this, we:

showcase excellence in Early Childhood, inspiring educators, leaders and teams with possibilities and fresh perspectives

promote the need for ongoing learning within the Early Childhood profession

provide a range of flexible online courses to create passionate, skilled Early Childhood educators and leaders (worldwide)

facilitate Nationally Recognised Training that supports workplace capability, with our students developing strong purpose, professional knowledge and practical skills throughout their career qualification (within Australia)
