Welcome meeting and access to our online learning portal

We know it can feel both exciting and overwhelming when you first enrol to begin a new qualification. Once we have confirmed your enrolment, we’ll arrange a welcome meeting to get you settled into studying with First Door. In this meeting, you’ll begin using our online student portal. We’ll also give you an overview of your first unit’s assessment tasks.

Our online learning portal provides you with all the resources you need for each unit:

helpful resources, and videos of best practice in services rated Exceeding the NQS, or rated Excellent by ACECQA

video tutorials to talk you through course content

assessment tasks: with opportunities to practise what you are learning in your workplace
