You must provide accurate information when you purchase or enrol. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. You must not share access, resell access, or allow others to use your account.
4. Fees, payments and refunds
Pricing, fees (including any additional fees), payment methods and payment plans, failed/reversed payments, chargebacks, cancellations and refunds are set out in our Fees, payments and refunds policy page. That policy forms part of these Terms.

- Access duration (e.g., fixed period vs ongoing access) is as stated on the relevant course page and/or your enrolment confirmation.
- We may update course content to improve quality, maintain currency, or comply with requirements. Updates will not materially reduce what you purchased.
- Superseded Qualifications: If the qualification you are enrolled in is superseded or deleted from the National Register, we will manage your transition to the new qualification or support you to complete your current qualification within the allowable teach-out period (typically 12 months). If a transition to a new qualification is required, additional fees may apply only if significant additional training is required.
6. Training, assessment and certification (RTO services)
Where you are enrolled in accredited training and assessment:
- you must meet participation, evidence, assessment and competency requirements;
- misconduct (including plagiarism, impersonation, fraudulent evidence, or breach of assessment rules) may result in failed assessment outcomes, suspension, or cancellation; and
- certification/issuance depends on successful completion of requirements and any fees owed.
- Workplace Placement Requirements: For courses requiring work placement, it is the student’s responsibility to obtain and maintain any necessary clearances (such as a valid Blue Card or Police Check). First Door is not liable for your inability to complete the course or obtain a qualification if you are ineligible for these clearances or are refused entry by a workplace.
- USI requirement: For nationally recognised training, you must provide a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI). If you do not provide a USI, we may be unable to issue a qualification or statement of attainment until it is provided.
Outcomes and eligibility:
- Completion of training and/or issuance of a qualification does not guarantee employment, promotion, licensing, registration, or any specific outcome.
- Government funding/subsidy eligibility (including Skills Assure eligibility and student contribution arrangements) depends on meeting program requirements and providing required evidence.
7. Acceptable use (online learning)
You must not:
- copy, record, reproduce, distribute, resell or share Course materials except for your personal study use;
- share access credentials or provide platform access to others;
- interfere with platform security or functionality; or
- use our services unlawfully.
We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches (subject to any rights you have under the ACL).
8. Intellectual property
All Course content and materials (videos, text, downloads, templates, branding and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own learning during your access period. No commercial use is permitted without written approval.
9. Third-party platforms
Course delivery may occur via third-party platforms. Those platforms may have their own terms. We do not control third-party services, but we will take reasonable steps to support access and delivery as part of our service.
Service interruptions and outages:
From time to time, access to training, assessments, learning materials, or student portals may be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, network issues, or issues with third-party platforms.

- provide an alternative method of access or submission where reasonably available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party systems outside our control. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
