Interactive workshops for your Early Childhood team
The workshops focus on a practical approach to bridge understanding of the National Quality Framework into educator's everyday practice. We encourage participants to reflect on their own practice and consider how the information can be used to improve practice.
We are also able to facilitate Zoom workshops in any location. Please contact us for details.

Each participant receives their own workbook with templates for follow on practice from these workshops. First Door has an Early Childhood Facebook page to invite further learning and inspiration. Continued exposure to ideas for improved practice support ongoing changes in attitudes and actions to further develop your team’s capability.
Series of eight workshops
When a series of eight workshops is booked and paid in advance the final workshop fee is reduced by 50%. Select your choice of eight workshops to best meet your team's professional development needs. These are then booked on suitable dates so that the workshop content flows in a logical order and to suit the priority of your team's needs.
Series of eight workshops - Option 1: Four Saturday morning workshops from 9am – 1.30pm
Series of eight workshops - Option 2: Two hour workshops delivered over eight arranged sessions

Team professional development workshop fee
- For groups up to 15 people the fee is $605 ($550 + GST) for each two-hour workshop.
- There is an additional fee of $30 per person for each workshop with over 15 people.
- For larger groups with 28 or more people please contact us for a quote.
- We travel within a 1 hour radius of North Lakes at no additional charge. Travel costs are able to be discussed and arranged to enable First Door to come to your team.
